For the project of module 3 I was in the project group Smart Floors II. For this project we had to create a smart floor for the company Uzin Utz. Our idea for this smart floor is to use the technology of the SensFloor company so we could trace people throughout a building. Then we put LED strips in the floor that could form arrows. Now when there is an emergency in a building and the people need to be evacuated, the floor knows exactly where people are and with a pathfinder software it calculates the fastest way to the exit and shows this path on the floor using the LED arrows.
