My name is Ard Kotte. I was born some 19 years ago in Utrecht and have lived around it ever since. I attended the montessori lyceum Herman Jordan in zeist for 7 years, untill I recieved my VWO diploma in may of 2019. Since september of 2019 I have been studying Creative Technology at the University of Twente. I'm a big fan of technology and I enjoy thinking up creative ideas and/or solutions so I'm hoping to feel right at home here. What I wish to learn in this study are the tools to actually make something of those ideas/solutions I think of, so I can geniunly make them usefull.
I have only been here a couple days, but I can already say that I prefer it in almost every way to the school I used to attend. That's mostly because I'm actually excited to learn the things we are taught here. A lot of the things we are (goung to be) doing here I've always wanted to be able to do. It also helps that I've met a lot of great people during the kick-in. The one downside is the time it takes to get here. I have yet to find a room, so untill I do find one I have to travel up and down the country everyday by train.
