For this module we had to make an interactive video, in project groups of approximately five persons. The people I worked with are: Sofia Baltussen, Jonah Sanderman, Laurens van Helvoort and Ong Ting Shiun.
Our story is that there is a girl, Ellis, who wanted to play in the park. While she was playing, a man
kidnapped her. Ellis' mom Jessica was preoccupied with her phone, so she did not notice a thing.
A little later when she looks up, she realises that Ellis is no longer there and starts looking for her.
From there on there are different choises. Call the police, follow footsteps or find my iPhone.
Because it is an interactive video, all of these choises lead to different paths/more choises and different endings of the story.
Through the story lines it becomes clear that the crazy ex of Jessica, Thomas, kid-napped their daughter because he
needs money for drugs. The story can end with the death of Ellis, the death of Jessica, the death of Thomas, the arrest of Thomas
and of course there are also happy endings.
