Hi, my name is Ashley Braaksma. I am 17 years old and from a quaint little town called Leeuwarden, in the province of Friesland. I’m a first years student at the University of Twente, studying the Bachelor Creative Technology. My first week of the study was very exciting and I learnt a lot of new skills. I worked with Processing, wrote an essay on computer science and ate delicious (free!!) stroopwafels in front of the Zilverling building.
I also went to Gogbot with some friends. Seeing the projects of fellow CreaTe students was really inspiring. The interesting ways technology was implemented into music, dance and art was incredible as well. Enschede has quickly turned into a place that feels like home.
